Today, our Year 5 class visited Burnworthy House to do some performance poetry. We performed "The Lion and Albert" and "What Lurks in the Library". 

 

After we performed, we shared our English books and a variety of poems with the residents. It was so lovely spending time with everyone at Burnworthy, and we hope it helped lift their spirits after the terrible flooding they experienced a couple of weeks ago.
